Les appartements VRANIČIĆ sont situés dans une petite ville pittoresque de Poljica. Les appartements D et E sont situés au deuxième étage avec une vue dégagée sur la mer, l'appartement C au premier étage. Les appartements sont situés à 100 m de la plage et à 200 m du café, boulangerie, à 500 m des restaurants, commerces, aire de jeux. L'appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes. La plage est de galets et convient particulièrement aux petits enfants. Sur la plage, vous pouvez louer un bateau, du jet ski et organiser une pêche ou un pique-nique de poisson vers les îles les plus proches. Nous vous proposons 3 appartements entièrement équipés. Tous nos clients ont accès à une douche extérieure, Internet sans fil gratuit, parking gratuit, barbecue extérieur, jardin, utilisation de vélos… Nous communiquons avec nos clients en anglais, italien, slovène via téléphone portable, e-mail. La famille vit dans le même bâtiment, nous sommes donc toujours disponibles pour nos clients. La maison est à 2 km de la marina où il y a un bureau de poste, médecin, dentiste, pharmacie, centre commercial, marché, marché aux poissons, restaurants ... 10 km de la ville de Trogir, 10 km, Split 30 km. L'acompte pour le séjour est de 100 euros et est versé sur le compte bancaire, et le reste de la facture est payé à l'arrivée en espèces. Les animaux sont admis et sont facturés 7 euros supplémentaires / jour. Heure d'arrivée idéale de 14h00 à 22h00 et heure de départ de 7h00 à 10h00. Nous offrons, et est inclus dans le prix de l'hébergement: l'utilisation de la climatisation, du linge de lit, des serviettes, le nettoyage final, l'utilisation d'Internet et de la machine à laver. La taxe de séjour est incluse dans le prix.

Excellent place to stay
Excellent place to stay
Together with my wife and daughter, we spent 8 days in the Vraničić family apartment C and I can honestly confirm that Miro, his wife and his father are the best hosts I have ever stayed with. Before our arrival, I contacted with Miro via e-mail and he wrote back almost immediately. Upon our arrival, Miro's father was waiting for us to show us the apartment, garden and all the amenities around the house. When Miro found out that we were vegetarians, he was bringing us vegetables grown in his garden. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, even for a long time. Photos attached to the offer shows everything as it is. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils, the air conditioning was working very well, the internet was fast and it had a very good range. There are plenty of plants and vegetables growing in the garden and few freely walking tortoises that my daughter liked to feed. There are 4 apartments in the house and even despite the presence of other guests it was quiet and peaceful. The whole neighborhood is just as peaceful, away from the crowds. The beach is only 5 minutes away and the nearest shop is only a 10-minute walk away. I can fully recommend staying with the Vraničić family.
