La maison est située dans un quartier calme de Brela, dans la baie de Stomarica (adresse Stomarica 9). Il se compose de 3 appartements (A4 ; A2+2 ; et A2). Chaque appartement dispose de sa propre place de parking, d'une entrée indépendante et d'une terrasse privée. Les terrasses avec transats font 20-30 m2. Chaque appartement bénéficie d'une belle vue sur la mer. L'A4 dispose également d'un jardin. Vous pouvez rejoindre la plage en 3 à 5 minutes à pied, selon que vous vous dirigez vers l'est ou l'ouest de la maison. Les plages sont propres, équipées de douches et de restaurants. Une promenade plate (5 km) longe la plage, vous permettant ainsi de profiter de promenades faciles ou de balades à vélo. Le marché est situé à environ 400 m de l'appartement. L'appartement ne peut être utilisé que par des personnes qui sont enregistré dans l'appartement Le prix de l'appartement est de 50 à 150 €, selon l'appartement, la période et le nombre de personnes. The apartments are very clean, air-conditioned, with a small kitchenette and fridge. There is a large terrace with a sea view and outdoor seating. The terrace is in the shade all day, so you can sit outside even during lunch. There is private parking. The host Marija is very nice and helpful. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away, the center of Brela about 15 minutes walk, tavern, restaurant by the beach 5-7 minutes. We can recommend the apartment, we were there twice and we will definitely be happy to come back.

Amazing hosts
We have been staying in this apartment for 10 nights. The apartments are dated however very clean and have all the basics one needs on holiday ( air conditioning, iron etc). There's also a large shaded terrace with see views and outdoor dining table. The two beds are king size with comfortable mattresses. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. The host is amazing, Marija welcomed us with a bottle of wine and Fanta for kids, she changed our towels regularly and served with information on local venues, shops, trips etc. We had a late night check in due to plane times and Marija was ok with it and waited until we safely drove to her place. I can highly recommend the apartments and the lovely hosts. Thank you for our wonderful stay, we fell in love with Croatia ❤️
