Het huis ligt in een rustig deel van Brela, in de baai van Stomarica (adres Stomarica 9). Het bestaat uit 3 appartementen (A4; A2+2; en A2). Elk appartement heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, aparte ingang en privéterras. Terrassen met ligstoelen zijn 20-30 m2 groot. Elk appartement heeft een prachtig uitzicht op zee. A4 heeft ook een tuin. U kunt het strand in 3 tot 5 minuten lopen bereiken, afhankelijk van of u richting het oosten of westen gaat vanaf het huis. De stranden zijn schoon en voorzien van douches en restaurants. Langs het strand ligt een vlakke promenade (5 km), waar u gemakkelijk kunt wandelen of fietsen. De markt ligt op ongeveer 400 m van het appartement. Het appartement mag alleen gebruikt worden door personen die: geregistreerd in het appartement De prijs van het appartement bedraagt 50 - 150 €, afhankelijk van het appartement, de periode en het aantal personen. The apartments are very clean, air-conditioned, with a small kitchenette and fridge. There is a large terrace with a sea view and outdoor seating. The terrace is in the shade all day, so you can sit outside even during lunch. There is private parking. The host Marija is very nice and helpful. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away, the center of Brela about 15 minutes walk, tavern, restaurant by the beach 5-7 minutes. We can recommend the apartment, we were there twice and we will definitely be happy to come back.

Amazing hosts
We have been staying in this apartment for 10 nights. The apartments are dated however very clean and have all the basics one needs on holiday ( air conditioning, iron etc). There's also a large shaded terrace with see views and outdoor dining table. The two beds are king size with comfortable mattresses. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. The host is amazing, Marija welcomed us with a bottle of wine and Fanta for kids, she changed our towels regularly and served with information on local venues, shops, trips etc. We had a late night check in due to plane times and Marija was ok with it and waited until we safely drove to her place. I can highly recommend the apartments and the lovely hosts. Thank you for our wonderful stay, we fell in love with Croatia ❤️
