Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Teil von Brela, in der Bucht Stomarica (Adresse Stomarica 9). Es besteht aus drei Ferienwohnungen (A4, A2+2 und A2). Jede Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, einen separaten Eingang und eine eigene Terrasse (20 m²) mit Liegestühlen und herrlichem Meerblick. Die Ferienwohnung A4 hat außerdem einen Garten. Den Strand erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 3–5 Minuten, je nachdem, ob Sie östlich oder westlich des Hauses gehen. Die Strände sind sauber und mit Duschen und Restaurants ausgestattet. Entlang des Strandes führt eine flache Promenade (5 km) entlang, die zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen oder Radtouren einlädt. Der Markt befindet sich ca. 400 m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung kann nur von im Apartment registrierten Personen genutzt werden. Der Preis für die Ferienwohnung beträgt 50–150 €, abhängig von der Ferienwohnung, dem Datum und der Personenzahl. The apartments are very clean, air-conditioned, with a small kitchenette and fridge. There is a large terrace with a sea view and outdoor seating. The terrace is in the shade all day, so you can sit outside even during lunch. There is private parking. The host Marija is very nice and helpful. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away, the center of Brela about 15 minutes walk, tavern, restaurant by the beach 5-7 minutes. We can recommend the apartment, we were there twice and we will definitely be happy to come back.

We have been staying in this apartment for 10 nights. The apartments are dated however very clean and have all the basics one needs on holiday ( air conditioning, iron etc). There's also a large shaded terrace with see views and outdoor dining table. The two beds are king size with comfortable mattresses. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. The host is amazing, Marija welcomed us with a bottle of wine and Fanta for kids, she changed our towels regularly and served with information on local venues, shops, trips etc. We had a late night check in due to plane times and Marija was ok with it and waited until we safely drove to her place. I can highly recommend the apartments and the lovely hosts. Thank you for our wonderful stay, we fell in love with Croatia ❤️
