SITUÉ À SEULEMENT 200 m DU PONT PIÉTONNIER MENANT À LA VIEILLE VILLE DE ZADAR ET À 700 m DE LA PLAGE... Parking public gratuit à côté de l'appartement et le long de la rue... WiFi gratuit dans tous les appartements... Nous avons commencé à louer l'appartement Puhov Zadar depuis le fin mars 2018. L'appartement est rénové et nouvellement meublé début 2018. Il est situé près de la vieille ville, à 200 m de la mer, dans un immeuble vieux de 50 ans... L'APPARTEMENT SE COMPOSE D'une chambre (trois lits ), un salon (deux lits), une cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, une salle de bain avec baignoire, un couloir et un balcon. L'appartement dispose de trois unités de climatisation. Le balcon est équipé de deux bancs et de deux petites tables... Les voisins de notre immeuble sont des gens polis et sympathiques... Nous sommes disponibles au téléphone 24h/24.... Au cas où nous ne pourrions pas vous attendre, vous pouvez venez entrer immédiatement dans l'appartement car les clés sont dans le coffre à côté de la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Toutes les instructions que vous recevrez au plus tard un jour avant votre venue. LE PRIX dépend du nombre de personnes (max 5) dans l'appartement dans la période requise. Une caution de 100 EUR est demandée à l'arrivée... N'oubliez pas d'être à la pointe ouest de la péninsule de Zadar le soir, à l'Orgue de la mer et Salutations au soleil, alors profitez d'un des plus beaux couchers de soleil au monde… Ne manquez pas de visiter au moins un parc national (il y en a 4 près de Zadar)... Zadar est sacrée meilleure destination d'Europe en 2016 ! Profitez de votre séjour à Zadar ! Merci pour toutes les réservations et commentaires sincères! ACCUEILLIR!

Apartman je ispunio sva naša očekivanja, čak i više od toga. Čist, uredan, opremljen apsolutno svime šta može zatrebate. Lokacije odlična, par minuta do starog dijela Zadra. Domaćica preljubazna, dala nam je sve korisne savjete i informacije. Još jednom sve pohvale i nadamo se ponovnom boravku tamo.

Super apartment in perfect location !!
Super apartment in perfect location !!
Stayed in this beautiful apartment for over a week in September. The location of apartment Puhov is perfect and our wonderful host Tanja gave us lots of information about the area and things to do. We arrived at the Old Town by bus from Zadar Airport ( approximately €3.50 each, bus usually leaves airport half an hour after flight arrives ). Apartment Puhov is less than 10 minutes walk from the bus stop and is reached by crossing the road and turning right to the bridge. Over the bridge, we took the second left and we were at the apartment. The building and path outside could do with refurbishment but inside the apartment was fabulous. It was bright, clean and spacious. The bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bath and shower and constant hot water. The living room has two large couches, tv with English channels and a selection of liquors for guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer and a selection of condiments, tea, coffee etc. There is also a beautiful dining area and small terrace with seating. Outside the apartment, turn right to a selection of shops, bakery, cafe, etc. on a beautiful tree lined street. The staff in Müller were really friendly and helpful. At the bottom of the street on the right is a cafe bar called Ponte, it overlooks the bridge, a beautiful spot to watch the world go by, with cheap drinks and great friendly service. Over the bridge is Zadar historic Old Town, quaint with cobble streets, cafe bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors and much more including the famous Sea Organ. The islands are well worth a visit. Ferries to the islands leave from the Old Town and are very reasonably priced. We visited Ugljan with Jadrolinija Ferry and Dugi Otok with G & V Line. Turning left from the apartment is a beautiful marina and passed that is Jadran beach which is stony, but the water is crystal clear. In between is cafe bar Marex which sits right on the waters edge. A fabulous place to have a cheap G & T, watch the sunset, and the many boats going in and out of Zadar. We truly enjoyed Zadar and our stay in apartment Puhov and would highly recommend it as a holiday destination.
