BARA 200 m FRÅN GÅNGBROEN SOM LEDER TILL ZADAR Gamla stan... Gratis allmän parkering framför lägenheten och längs gatan... Gratis WiFi i alla lägenheter... Vi började hyra lägenhet Puhov Zadar sedan slutet av mars 2018. Lägenheten är renoverad och nyinredd i början av 2018. Den ligger nära gamla stan, i en 50 år gammal byggnad, på första våningen... LÄGENHETEN BESTÅR AV ett sovrum (tre bäddar), ett vardagsrum rum (två bäddar), fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, ett badrum med badkar, korridor och en balkong. Lägenheten har tre luftkonditioneringsenheter. Balkongen är utrustad med två bänkar och två små bord, men du kan även använda utemöblerna (bord, stolar, bänk, två solstolar och parasoll) på toppen av byggnaden på den gemensamma terrassen (femte våni
ngen) i juli och Augusti... Grannarna i vår byggnad är artiga och vänliga människor... Vi är tillgängliga på telefon 24 timmar om dygnet.... Om vi inte kan vänta på dig kan du komma och genast gå in i lägenheten eftersom nycklarna finns i kassaskåpet bredvid byggnadens gatudörr. Alla instruktioner får du senast en dag innan ankomst. Vi ses i alla fall på ankomstdagen eller nästa dag. PRISET beror på antalet personer (2, 3, 4 eller 5) i lägenheten under önskad period. Ex: det lägsta priset 30 € är för 2 personer och det högsta priset 66 € är för 5 personer under perioden 01.10. - 31.05. För vistelser längre än 8 dagar är rabatten 10% av fullt pris. Priset för endast 1 natt är 15 euro mer av fullt pris. En deposition på 100 EUR krävs vid ankomsten ... Glöm inte att vara på den västra delen av Zadar-halvön på kvällen, vid sjöorgeln och Hälsningar till solen, så njut av en av de vackraste solnedgångarna i världen... Missa inte att besöka minst en nationalpark (det finns 4 nära Zadar)... Zadar är krönt till Europas bästa resmål 2016! NJUT DIN VISTELSE I ZADAR! Apartman je ispunio sva naša očekivanja, čak i više od toga. Čist, uredan, opremljen apsolutno svime šta može zatrebate. Lokacije odlična, par minuta do starog dijela Zadra. Domaćica preljubazna, dala nam je sve korisne savjete i informacije. Još jednom sve pohvale i nadamo se ponovnom boravku tamo.

Super apartment in perfect location !!
Stayed in this beautiful apartment for over a week in September. The location of apartment Puhov is perfect and our wonderful host Tanja gave us lots of information about the area and things to do. We arrived at the Old Town by bus from Zadar Airport ( approximately €3.50 each, bus usually leaves airport half an hour after flight arrives ). Apartment Puhov is less than 10 minutes walk from the bus stop and is reached by crossing the road and turning right to the bridge. Over the bridge, we took the second left and we were at the apartment. The building and path outside could do with refurbishment but inside the apartment was fabulous. It was bright, clean and spacious. The bedroom has a very comfortable large double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bath and shower and constant hot water. The living room has two large couches, tv with English channels and a selection of liquors for guests. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer and a selection of condiments, tea, coffee etc. There is also a beautiful dining area and small terrace with seating. Outside the apartment, turn right to a selection of shops, bakery, cafe, etc. on a beautiful tree lined street. The staff in Müller were really friendly and helpful. At the bottom of the street on the right is a cafe bar called Ponte, it overlooks the bridge, a beautiful spot to watch the world go by, with cheap drinks and great friendly service. Over the bridge is Zadar historic Old Town, quaint with cobble streets, cafe bars, bakeries, ice cream parlors and much more including the famous Sea Organ. The islands are well worth a visit. Ferries to the islands leave from the Old Town and are very reasonably priced. We visited Ugljan with Jadrolinija Ferry and Dugi Otok with G & V Line. Turning left from the apartment is a beautiful marina and passed that is Jadran beach which is stony, but the water is crystal clear. In between is cafe bar Marex which sits right on the waters edge. A fabulous place to have a cheap G & T, watch the sunset, and the many boats going in and out of Zadar. We truly enjoyed Zadar and our stay in apartment Puhov and would highly recommend it as a holiday destination.

Jako čisto, komforno, tiho iako blizu prometnice i u stambenoj zgradi, obilje dnevnog svjetla... Grijanje, Internet, opremljenost ... sve odlično. Super lokacija i lako se pronađe. Vlasnica nam je sačuvala parkirno mjesto ispred ulaza u zgradu što nam je puno značilo. Sve pohvale i preporuke!

The apartment was very nice, well-appointed and super clean. The bed was comfy. No noise issue at all. The ac had a quiet selection, so it's not loud while sleeping. Excellent Wi-Fi! The host was very helpful. The location was quiet and a good base for trips out to National parks and islands. I highly recommend this apartment!

Super uređeno, čisto, dobro održavano... Odlično opremljeno: sef, 2 tostera, kuhalo za vodu, aparat za kavu, štapni mikser, blender, sušilo za kosu, puzzle, karte i sl. Besplatno: razne vrste čajeva, kava, šećer, likeri, razni začini, deterdženti, kupke i sl. Obilje turističkih prospekata i skice interesantnih lokacija u gradu. Domaćica pristojna i susretljiva. Blizina starog grada i plaže, te parking ispred zgrade su veliki +. Sve mi se dopalo. Apartman je za 10!

Izuzetno čist i uredan apartman smješten na 1. katu stambene zgrade. Blizu prometnice, ali nikakva buka ne dopire u stan. Posebno mirno je u spavaćem dijelu stana.Kreveti, sjedeća garnitura i sjedalice - sve udobno i novo. Sve je kao na slikama. WiFi odličan, kao i sve 3 klime. Domaćica susretljiva i ljubazna. Lokacija super - trgovine, bankomati, ljekarna... sve jako blizu...dječje igralište i park cca 3 min. pješice, 5 min. pješice do starog dijela grada i 10-ak min. pješice do najbliže plaže...Vraćamo se slijedeće ljeto!
