Naša kuća je udaljena od mora cca 70-80m, ima 3 apartmana. Apartmani su različite veličine - za 6 osoba, za 4 osobe ili za 2 osobe.Pogodno za parove, obitelji i za grupe do 12 osoba. Kompletno su opremljeni. WI-FI je besplatan. SAT TV, klima uređaj, veliki bazen, privatni parking, vanjski roštilj. Svaki apartman ima svoj vlastiti ulaz, svoju verandu ili terasu, sa pogledom na more ili sa pogledom na vrt Za sve dodatne informacije rado smo na usluzi! 1./ Apartman "Marija" ima veliku terasu + balkon i prekrasan pogled na more i okoliš , 2./ Apartman "Klara" ima natkrivenu vrtnu verandu sa pogledom na zelenilo, cvijetnjak i vrt. Veranda je ograđena sa posebnim ulazom, pa je ovaj apartman vrlo pogodan za goste sa kućnim ljubimcima. 3./ Apartman "Mia" ima natkrivenu verandu, ljetnu kuhinju i pogled djelomično na more, djelomično na bujno zelenilo.

Wonderful Stay on the Island – Peace, Comfort, and Amazing Hosts
It was our first time on the island, and we were very positively surprised. Peace, quiet, and the absence of everyday city rush – these are the words that best describe life on the island. The location is excellent: just a few dozen meters to the beach, 5 minutes to restaurants, and ...silience :) . We stayed in the “Maria” apartment, which offers an unbeatable view of the entire bay, the beach, and the pool. On the terrace, there was also a swing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view of the bay. The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped with everything you need, including air conditioning. Rooms are located both on the bay side and the opposite side. The property also has a large grill. Everything is clean and maintained in a cozy, authentic Croatian style. The owners, Marija and Ivan, are wonderful people – kind, smiling, and always open for a conversation. In the bay, you have access to a bistro and a restaurant, while the shop is just a 2–3 minute drive

Villa Ruic - Beautiful stay & wonderful owners
As a family if 4 (2 adults + 2 children), we stayed in the large apartment for 3 weeks. Such a beautiful view! It is very quiet in the evenings and during the morning and day you can sit on the swing on your large terrace with your coffee and watch the ferry, as well as all the activities on the beach. The owners are wonderfully hospitable, always checking to make sure we were happy with the accommodations. Marija made us some desserts a few times as well, which the children enjoyed. The inground pool was gorgeous (with an outdoor shower) that was cleaned daily. The owners take great pride in their home and keeping it looking beautiful! They have their own private driveway and just a one minute walk down to the beautiful Banje Bay beach. Walking to the ferry is quick & easy if you want to spend the day in Split. Just a 10-minute walk. Also there by the ferry is a small shop, restaurant/Cafe, plus gas station. That Cafe has the best pizza on the island!
