The apartment is stationed in a new building that was built in June of 2020 and is positioned on the 2nd floor, guests can use the elevator and their own protected parking spot behind the building. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen and a dining room, a bedroom for two people, a bathroom and a balcony. Guests may use a stove with a stovetop, a fridge, a kettle, an espresso coffee machine, an air conditioner with cooling and heating, a TV, a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower with hydromassage, towels and a hairdryer. Orientation of the apartment is towards west with a view of olive gardens and surroundings. During their stay, only guests are allowed to use the protected parking spot behind the builidng. Distance to the nearest southern beach in Stobreč is 350m or a 6 minute walk. In Stobreč there are eight restaurants, and the nearest restaurant/pizzeria is about 250m from the apartment. It is also a 6 minute walk to the bus stop and line No. 25 to the Split city center. Possibility of arrival to the apartment is by the main road to Stobreč with the northern and eastern entry and a side road over the coast of Žnjan and Duilovo.
