The vacation house Pomalo has a spacious and bright living room with a panoramic view of the sea and mountains, satellite TV, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. It has 2 spacious bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. This is a new construction, the house was completed in the spring of 2023. Here, have breakfast in peace on a covered terrace with an exceptional view of the magnificent mountain massif of Velebit (which has a different color at any time of the day) and relax with an afternoon coffee with a view of the (legendary) islet of Zečevo.. (The island can be reached with almost dry feet , and you can walk to the church that stands alone at its end. We will be happy to show you the way on the map). We will also be happy to advise you when, for example, you can best observe shooting stars and many other attractions. Here you are not disturbed by traffic noise (and this is a relatively rare thing). You can feel the soul of the place best on a pleasant walk with the quiet sound of church bells, shopping at the local bakery... Or you can watch how the locals bring out antique furniture and everyday items right on the shore. street during the festival. (As they open their homes, they also open their hearts. In this place, stories simply come alive). The real heart of Dalmatia beats here. A decorative garden and a vegetable garden for guests are planted around the entire house. Just for you. The holiday house Pomalo is located in the very heart of the village of Vrsi, but it is extremely quiet. The house is literally just a few steps away from the oldest local street (where you can admire the charm of the old stone houses), on the other hand, there are also outstanding facilities (a doctor's office, a well-stocked pharmacy, several grocery stores, a coffee shop are within walking distance, bakery, playground, car service, cosmetics, massages, post office and ATM and so on). If you want to immerse yourself in the whirlwind of restaurants and bars, you can easily (within 5 minutes by car) be in the Vrsi-Mulo area. Here you can listen to the music of musicians and sailors during the frequent festivities and taste various figs, olives and other local organic specialties at the regular festivities. But then you can go back on vacation to another world - to the Pomalo holiday house (to the place where the heart of Dalmatia quietly beats). Right behind the resort is the sandy beach of Ričina with a gradual entrance to the sea, where all beach services await you - including bars, sunbeds, umbrellas, sports equipment rental and numerous water attractions for children and adults. Fans of diving and snorkeling will like Duboka Draga beach (located in the town itself) or Uvala Ljaljkovača beach, where they will be able to observe colorful shoals of fish and the rich underwater world around the reef. Thanks to the purity of the sea here, you can simply lie comfortably on the surface and observe the beauty below you. The oldest royal city (Nin) is only 5 km away. Here you again pass by the illuminated historical walls, on wooden bridges (water over sea fields, from which valuable sea salt is obtained - a cure-all, which you can also buy, for example, in the local salt museum). In the town of Nin there is also Kraljičina beach, the longest sandy beach in Croatia. (And it is not for nothing that it is among the 100 best beaches in the world...). And finally we must not forget the local sites of healing mud, which you can freely use and which have a beneficial effect on your health. In the vicinity of the village of Vrsi, there are countless bicycle paths and countless opportunities for pleasant walks and hikes of all levels of difficulty.
