The residential unit has an area of 90 m² and includes 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, living room and kitchen. It is situated on the 1st floor, with a separate entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle and all the necessary dishes. There is a washing machine in one of the bathr
ooms. Free use of the Internet, TV with foreign programs and air conditioning is provided. Bed linen and towels are provided, as are parking spaces for 3 cars next to the facility. From the terrace and balcony you can enjoy the view of the peaceful bay. Guests can use the barbecue in the summer kitchen. Pets are not allowed.
A non-traffic paved road leads to the beach, 200 m.
