Apartment Mariska is located in Kornić on the island Krk. The apartment is placed on the first floor of a family house, with a separated entrance. The address is in a quiet street surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. The nights are pleasant, not too hot, very comfortable for sleeping in the hottest periods too. It is equipped to make your stay comfortable. I like to stay in Kornić, my second home, and every arrival there is always a nice experience. I live in Zagreb, I like to go out on nature trips, to read, to socialize with my family and friends. Formerly a place of farmers, cowherds, and olive growers, Kornic turned from the village without contact with the sea into a true tourist pearl of the island Krk. Kornić is an ideal destination: for those who want a quiet holiday on isolated beaches, for families with children, for young people (water ski lift, beach bars, Beach volleyball...). In the village, there is a supermarket, bakery, post office, cafe bar, tavern. Excellent sheep cheese and premium olive oil can be obtained in family farms where sheep and olives are grown. You will find beautiful natural entities, historical and cultural sights. Guests who love adventures and natural beauties can rent a boat to visit many beautiful inaccessible beaches. There is a lot of organized boat excursions available. Bicycle lovers will come to their own on the island, driving along the paths bounded by drywalls, inside which are olive groves, fig-trees, and pine forests. There is also an unavoidable and fantastic gastronomic offer based on fresh fish, island lamb, sheep cheese, and olive oil, and in the old town of Vrbnik, it is recommended to taste the well-known Vrbnicka Zlahtina wine.
