It consists of two living rooms, one big bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (for 4 people), one bedroom for 2 sing bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining room. There are 2 bathrooms. There are three terraces with comfortable furniture from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the natural environment. Next to the house there is a swimming pool with a terrace where there is a hydromassage pool, barbecue, table for 8 people and 6 deck chairs. From part of the house there is a fantastic sea view. The beach is near the house (500m2). Within 200-500 m there are several restaurants serving local Istrian cuisine, bars, supermarket, fish market, butcher, bank and other facilities. For those who like an active holiday, the region is known for the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park (4 km away) which can be reached by walking or cycling. The offer ranges from diving to windsurfing, paintball, horseback riding, jeep safaris, etc. Cape Kamenjak Nature Park is one of the ten destinations in the Mediterranean that you must visit. A visit to the cultural center of Pula (6 km) and Rovinj (30 km) is also necessary. Villa Viola is an ideal place to relax. Final cleaning is 200Eur / stay.
