It features two bedrooms with large double beds, a large living and kitchen area (very well-equipped) with a sofa bed in the living area. You have a lovely bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The apartment also features a gallery with a large sofa bed. Parking is available on the enclosed property. Posesi Beach is a convenient 2-3 minute walk away. The beach promenade leads quickly to the expansive sandy beach and the harbor promenade of Medulin. Numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars are located nearby. Medulin also offers a variety of shopping options, including several supermarkets such as Lidl, Plodine, and Konzum. Fresh bread is also readily available at the numerous bakeries. From here, you can easily embark on excursions. Pula, with its large amphitheater and famous weekly market, is a 10-15 minute drive away. Alternatively, you can simply take the bus for a stress-free and parking-free trip to and from Pula. (A bus stop is only about 5 minutes from the house.) If you'd like to bring your bicycle, Medulin offers numerous marked cycle paths. Bicycles can also be rented locally if needed. The excursion destinations of Kamenjak National Park with its beautiful beaches or the bays of Liznijan and Sisan are also quick and easy to reach from here.
