A beautiful new house with two apartments, a few meters from the sea. More pictures of the apartments will be available at the end of February. The house is currently being equipped. The house consists of 2 independent apartments with internal stairs. The entrance to the house can be locked and both apartments have separate entrances. The house can be rented as a whole or the apartments alone Apartments Saska and Lara Two very lovely, very nice and new apartments in the Posesi area of Medulin. The apartments are perfect for small and large families but also for a romantic holiday together. Here you have approx.48m2 on the upper floor and 45 m2 on the ground floor! The two apartments each have a bedroom with a double bed (box spring beds), a large living-kitchen area with a dishwasher and coffee machine, a large sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. The cozy terrace of the Apartment Lara on the ground floor invites you to have a leisurely breakfast or to end the evening in peace. The Saska apartment on the upper floor, with a large balcony, has a lounge area with a table and chairs to enjoy the view of the nearby sea. There is a separate parking space for the two apartments directly at the house. The whole house is suitable for 8 people. The house is in a quiet location in the Posesi area and yet you can be in the center of Medulin in just a few minutes, with various shops (supermarkets Lidl and Plodine) Medulin is located on the coast of the Istrian peninsula and offers endless promenades along the crystal clear sea and a wonderful sandy beach. You can reach this and Medulin's harbor promenade in about 10 minutes on foot. There are a large number of restaurants, cafes and bars there. Pula with its famous weekly market can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. You can also just hop on the bus that will take you to Pula and back without any stress or searching for a parking space. (a stop is approx. 400 m or 10 minutes away from the house) Construction activity must be expected in the up-and-coming tourist resort of Medulin. I lived and worked in the south of Germany for over 30 years. Back to the roots! Me and my family have been living in Istria, Medulin for many years and renting out my own new house with a total of 2 apartments. We speak German, Croatian and English.
