The entire Aurora beach villa with a large terrace, shady pergola, and outdoor grill is located directly on the beach in the sheltered bay of Medulin. Alternatively, you can rent just one floor of the villa with a private entrance and sea views from every room. For families with young children, we recommend the ground floor with its large terrace, pergola, outdoor grill, and lawn in front of the villa. For families with older children, we recommend the upper floor with its attic and roof terrace offering fantastic panoramic sea views. We provide our guests with complimentary beach loungers under majestic pine trees on our private plot, directly on one of Istria's most beautiful beaches. High-quality, extra-wide box-spring beds guarantee a restful sleep. The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area with a high-quality double bed. The attic also has a seating area with an integrated double bed. A terrace, balcony, and roof terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and parasols, along with a fully equipped kitchen, offer perfect comfort for a wonderful beach holiday. The all-inclusive rental price includes tourist tax, air conditioning, internet access, bed linen, hand and bath towels, and final cleaning. Enjoy the wonderful swimming weather from May to October. After 47 years of work, I now live as a former managing director of Shell Austria Transport with my wife all year round in our Ursula beach villa on the wonderfully beautiful bathing beach in the protected bay of Medulin-Posesi because of the pleasant Mediterranean climate.
