We offer our guests complimentary beach loungers under majestic pine trees on our private beach area, directly on one of the highest-rated beaches. The ground floor is ideal for families with young children, while the upper floor with its attic and roof terrace is perfect for families with older children. Therefore, you can also book each floor of the villa as a separate apartment. After 47 years of work, I now live as a former managing director of Shell Austria Transport with my wife all year round in our Ursula beach villa on the wonderfully beautiful bathing beach in the protected bay of Medulin-Posesi because of the pleasant Mediterranean climate. After a short period of retirement, I feel like a new person here in the regeneration area for cardiovascular and lung diseases.
