This large house with a large capacity is located in a small, typical Istrian fishing village Pomer, in the Medulin Bay. The house is located in the heart of the town, only 700m from the beaches, marina and pine forest. Also, it is located just a few kilometers from Medulin, a tourist destination with a sandy beach and a family park where the youngest will surely find a lot of content to enhance their stay. In Pomer itself, you will surely enjoy the rich indigenous gastronomic offer, while the only 800m from the house you can find a supermarket, fish market, butcher, ATM, post office, bank, car wash, and gas station. At only 6 kilometers from the building stretches the nature park 'RT-Kamenjak', the southernmost point of the Istrian peninsula, which is definitely worth a visit and enjoy the pristine sea and untouched nature. For guests who want to spend an active vacation, in the vicinity, there are surf & diving centers, rental of speedboats, quads, bicycles, motorcycles, buggy, paintball field, tennis courts, basketball, football, volleyball. they are connected by external communication.
