Villa Martinovic offers you different types of accommodations: 1. Studio with terrace, 2. One bedroom apartment with terrace, 3.One bedroom apartment with balcony, 4. Two bedroom and two bathroom apartment with balcony. From this season Villa Martinovic offers all our guest's large swimming pool with sundeck. Next to the sundeck, there is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue refrigerator and sink. All our guests can use one shared bathroom near the pool with a washing machine inside. Each accommodation is consist of a private bathroom, private balcony or terrace, and kitchen. Our private parking space is provided just in front of the house and is free for all our guests Villa Martinovic is located in a picturesque small place called Bosanka just above the Old Town of Dubrovnik. This is the perfect location to combine a city break with a relaxing holiday. It takes you a 5 min drive by car(3km) to reach Old Town or the nearest beach. A large organic garden is in front of the villa where we grow lots of different seasonal vegetables and offer our guests to try for free. Villa Martinovic offers you airport transfer or any other excursion by large 5-seater limousine car by request.
