A beautiful newly built holiday home with a large garden of 1300 m2. 2 outdoor terraces for enjoying the sun, a gazebo with shade for enjoyment, badminton equipment, private free parking in the shade. The house consists of 3 bedrooms (each room air-conditioned), 2 bathrooms, an additional small toilet and washing machine, a large air-conditioned living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. You are 20 minutes from Pula Airport and 25 minutes from the Roman amphitheater Arena in the center of Pula. Brijuni National Park and the town of Rovinj are about 30 minutes away.
