House PAULA is new and located in the heart of the quiet and green area of Baška Voda sorrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. It lays on a small hill above the sea (about 20 meters aerie ), 2-3 minutes walk away from the beautiful white pebbly beach and 5 minutes from the towns center. There are six apartments : three on the high ground floor and three on the first floor. Each apartment contains one double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with dining and living area where there are two couches ( extra beds ) , air condition ,TV , balcony ( two balconies with great sea view , two with view to the impressive Biokovo mountain and the others to „Gradina“ –archaeological finding from Roman times). The apartments are equipped with all necessary appliances. Private parking is in front of the house PAULA . Welcome and have a nice holidays!
