Villa Eremita is an exclusive autochthonous stone holiday house with 4 ****. Detached house for independent use with a fenced yard, next to the coast above the sea, 10 meters from the terrace of Villa Eremite. The beach next to the house is one of the 10 most beautiful on the Adriatic and ideal for people looking for peace and solitude. The beach is stone, flat and smooth with natural steps to the entrance to the sea, it is decorated with deckchairs for sunbathing and sunbathing and a private shower for guests only. It is surrounded by a pine forest by the sea in the bay of Lučice-Koramaslinova (Robinson beach Koromaslinova), in a unique location on the southwest coast of the island of Brač. Azure blue, clean and warm sea, pine forest. From the terrace of the villa there is a beautiful view of the sea, the islands of Hvar and Vis. The house is 600 meters from Lučica bay and restaurants, and 2.2 km from Milna and all major tourist facilities. The accommodation is suitable for family holidays and for exclusive and ecologically conscious guests who want relaxation from hard intellectual work, seclusion, privacy, peace and quiet. Pets are welcome. Villa Eremita is a detached house with a net living space of 112 m2 and a bed capacity for 2 to 8 (6+2) persons. The house consists of a ground floor and an attic, it is energy independent, - Ecological solar hot water heating. - Heat and sound insulated, energy class A+++. On the ground floor of the house there is: a bedroom for two people, a small bedroom for one person, a large living room with corner leather seating and as an extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances, dishes and utensils and a bathroom (toilet / shower cabin). Through a large sliding glass wall, you can access the terrace, which is covered with a pergola. An extraordinary view of the Mediterranean garden, the azure sea, the bay of Koromaslinova and the islands of Hvar, Vis and the Hell Islands. In the attic there is a sleeping area, a mini kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, all small kitchen appliances and a space for enjoyment, and a bathroom (toilet / shower cabin). The sleeping area has a raised bed for two people, a bed for one person, two air beds and a cot (free of charge). Guests have at their disposal: - a spacious, landscaped garden area of 540 m2 with a Mediterranean garden, olives, rosemary, tamarisk, lavender, ornamental shrubs and trees and herbs - oregano, mint, sage, laurel and parsley to add to your culinary abilities and experience your palate as a hedonist. - Covered terrace 27 m2, extended outdoor living room, covered shade with a pergola, two tables, 2 benches and chairs, for socializing and dining. - Sun terrace 30 m2 with deckchairs and a sailor's deckchair and a large umbrella. Stone-paved yard and private parking for 2 cars and private free mooring for boats up to 16 meters. - On the beach, 10 meters from the villa, there are sunbeds and umbrellas and a private shower only for guests of Villa Eremita. Notes and prices: - Air conditioners are installed on the ground floor in bedroom 2/1, living room and attic. By adjusting the cooling temperature to 6 degrees C below the outside temperature - The whole house is for rent. The minimum stay is 7 nights. - The maximum number of people including children is 8 (6+2) - The price applies to 8 people. Small pets are free in their cots. Dogs do not use beds and other furniture in the villa. There are bowls for food and water. - We accept discounts for stays of only 2-4 guests of 5% and stays longer than 10+ nights of 5%, for early bookings of 5%. - All taxes are included in the price, too. No additional costs. - A welcome surprise. The hosts stay in a separate area-basement and to disturb the guests. Guests are available 24 hours a day for all days of their stay. Laundry service, medical-sports-acupressure massage of the whole body with aromatic oils, clinical bioenergetic treatment and reflexology-foot massage are available at the guest's request. There is also the possibility of organizing excursions and purchasing autochthonous products from Brac: olive oil, cheese, fish and seafood, wine and autochthonous seasonal vegetables. The secluded beach is 10 meters from Villa Eremite. Only guests of the Villa use deck chairs, sun umbrellas, private shower and boat anchorage free of charge. Next to Cape Zastup, there is an attractive underwater cave Zmajevo Uho, very interesting for divers. The town of Milna has an ACI marina, a Tourist Information Center, many restaurants, some of which have organized food and drink delivery, a cafe and cocktail bar, food and drink shops, a post office, a pharmacy, currency exchange, a souvenir shop, boat, car, bicycle rental, a diving center. Organized excursions to the Blaca Monastery, around the island of Brač, - Vidova gora, the highest peak of the island with a unique view of the town of Bol and Zlatni rat beach - the town of Škrip with the Museums
