In the ground floor of the villa there are two apartments suited for 5 people each, with an area of 50 square meters, separate entrances with two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a large courtyard covered with kiwi leaves that make the perfect shade for hot summer days. The second floor of the villa also has two apartments, with a bit modest square footage but with wonderful views, one bedroom (3+2), kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
