The house is in 2 minutes of walking distance from the beach and a 20 minute walk from Trogir old town (or by boat that departures from the beach) The house is suitable for couples and families (with kids), and can be rented for min. 15 days. The house has 40 square meters and makes one half of the house. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, tv, air conditioning and the exit to the balcony where you can relax. Ground floor consists of kitchen, bathroom, and dinning room. In front and behind the house is a terrace where you can eat or relax. Free parking space is in front of the house. The kichen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove and oven. Kitchen cloths and bathroom towels are provided to our guests. Iron and ironing board are available as well. Guests are alone in the house, you can reach us by phone for any inquiries. Our neighbours are long time friends, so if you have any problems, you can reach out to them as well. The house is located on the island of Čiovo, in Okrug Gornji, near Rožac camp. It has a lot of nice beaches and caffe bars. Trogir’s historic town core with goth-romanic sights is protected by UNESCO since 1997. Trogir is located on the coast of Kaštela’s bay, 25 km from Split, Diocletian’s town that is 1700 years old. On islands Drvenik Veli and Mali, you have beautiful beaches, ideal for a one-day trip. Not so far away is Krka National Park as well.
