VILLA LINA - Self-catering five-bedrooms house with terrace and sea view Villa LINA, offers great comfort for guests to get away from the city pressure and enjoy the relaxed holiday, overlooking the Elafiti Islands, swim in the crystal clear sea, while still close enough to all the attractions of Dubrovnik. It is stone built house located in the picturesque place and idyllic fishing village of Brsecine, just 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik and about 40 minutes from Dubrovnik airport. Nearest bus stop with frequent links to the Dubrovnik is within 50 metres from the house. This is a perfect place for a large family or a bigger group (10-12 people) and especially for guests who enyoj outdoor entertaining. The villa stands in a beautifully landscaped garden of 700 square metres. It is situated about 200 metres from the water's edge in an elevated position with views to the sea and beautiful Elaphite Islands. The villa has six rooms (12 persons) with the possibility of sleeping on extra bed. The bathrooms comes with hairdryer and washing machines. The kitchen is full equipped, there is TV and free WiFi and you have possibilities of using barbecue. At Villa LINA you will find a garden with indigenous plants and flowers, furnished terrace with sea views and free private parking next to house. Beautiful pebble and stone beach is only a few minutes from the house. The indicated price is per villa (for 10 persons), extra bed is 10 Euros/day. Around 25% is taken at the time of the booking, the remaining amount is payable on arrival in cash. Tourist tax is included in the price. Pets are allowed with an additional payment of 8 Euros/day. Finally cleaning is 100 Euros/day. Amount of 200 Eur will be taken upon arrival for possible damages and it will be returned before your departure if the property has not be demaged.
