Tihana Apartment (80 m2) is ideal for 4-6 adults. It is located 100 m from the sea, on the north side of the bay, near the sports center with tennis courts, volleyball, football, basketball, and mini-golfl and a beautiful beach. The apartment is located 300 meters from the center, 200 m from the doctor, and the pharmacy and grocery store. Our apartment is located in a quiet part of the village and is the only apartment in the whole complex. It has a separate entrance. The island of Hvar, Stari Grad, and the place is full of secluded coves that are easy to explore on foot, by boat or by bike, and where you can relax in peace. In Stari Grad, you will find a choice of restaurants and cafes. Around the house are a large garden of 1000 m2, secure parking, wood barbecue, and garden furniture. The apartment has five bedrooms. Three spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker and gas stove, crockery and cutlery for 6 persons, living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD, CD, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower. The facility has a covered terrace of 25m2 and a garden of 350m2 with a private pool measuring 7.8 x 3.10 Roman entrance, sun loungers, solar shower, garden deck chairs, garden is fenced and the building is invisible due to olive groves and has a private fenced parking lot. The facilities are connected or separated as needed, so you can rent an apartment, house with pool or as a whole complex.
