Welcome to the Villa la Lavanda apartment house! The charming, typically Croatian Villa la Lavanda is surrounded by terraced gardens filled with lavender, rosemary, olive, fig, and lemon trees. It is located in the beautiful, peaceful, and romantic resort of Sveta Nedjelja on the sunny south side of Hvar Island. Situated near a pine forest, it offers stunning views of the nearby islands and the open sea! The villa is close to the sea at the foot of the island's highest peak, Sveti Nikola (626 m), and is surrounded by picturesque vineyards famous for their incredibly delicious local red wine. There are 3 lovely apartments prepared for you in the house, which we have named: Lavanda, Ružmarin, and Limun! All apartments feature large terraces, separate entrances, a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. Each apartment also has its own private, covered parking space. Apartment Lavanda features one living room and two bedrooms. Apartment Ružmarin features one living room and one bedroom. Apartment Limun features two bedrooms and a kitchenette, with everything accessible directly from the large terrace. There is a large grill on the main terrace, where you can arrange a joint fish barbecue and enjoy the unique local red and white wine! It is a wonderful place for families with children who appreciate peace, the beauty of local nature, crystal-clear seas, and gastronomic specialties. And the beaches are breathtaking! You can find them right on-site (Skala) and in the immediate neighborhood (Lučišće, Dubovica, Jagodna). In Sveta Nedjelja, besides a pleasant holiday by the sea, you can admire the wonders of nature: pine forests, natural rock formations cascading like waterfalls directly into the sea, vineyards, olive groves, a historic winemaking village, or a cliffside cave with a former monastery. For hikers, there is a Via Ferrata right above us, along with marked hiking trails and numerous cycling routes. The local climbing base on the beach is also very interesting, featuring routes located directly over the water. A romantic drive along the "Hvar Riviera" brings you into contact with the beauty and tourism of the island's historic towns: Hvar, Stari Grad, Jelsa, or Vrboska.
