Enjoy the fabulous views in this private, century old stone house sitting on a 6ooom2 lot, overlooking the entirety of Kaštela bay. Eco-friendly, sustainable and with a 50m2 pool with electrolysis! Just 5minues drive from the village center and all the amenities it offers. The house is situated at the end of a dirt road 250m above sea level and is situated on a 6000m2 plot of land. It's completely off grid and eco-friendy with it's solar system, water collector, bio septic tanks. 1st floor consists of a open plan kitchen, dining and living, 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom. Outdoor: couple of patios, huge barbecue space, pool, fruit, almond & olive trees and a small vineyard in the making. The house is high up in the hills and part of the road isn't paved. Any type of car can go up, but we really don't advise taking a sports car up there. House is fueled by solar panels. HOUSE RULES 1. 30% deposit on booking, the rest payable in cash/bank notice upon arrival. 2. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out by 10am. 3. Pets are welcome, but must be pre-approved. 4. The property is not suited for small children/babies.(1) We expect our guest to be respective of the house and property. 5. According to our law, every guest must be checked-in, so must provide a passport or personal identification card in order to do so. 6. Because of the above, guests may not bring visitors or ANY OTHERS to my house at any time, for any length of time, without my permisson. 7. Smoking is allowed only outside! 8. Guests must inform me if they brake or damage anything. 9. Loss of keys is charged 30euro. 10. In the case of significant violation of house rules, the reservation will be immediately terminated and all fees forfeited.
