Situated 500m from Vinkuran bay at the begining of the protected forest Soline, this holiday house is in a quiet neighbourhood occupied mostly with private houses and apartments. The town of Pula is a quick 5 minute drive away (4 km) while the towns of Medulin, Fažana or Premantura are between 5 to 10 minutes away. It is also a great location for a series of beach days as you can visit a different beach every day. There are more that 30 options within a 5 km radius including cape Kamenjak – a natural park that was named one of the top places in the world to see by National Geographic. The nearest beach is just 500m from the apartment. This house is surrounded by approximately 10 km of great walking track near the coast while a couple of bike roads pass just in front of the house. Cezar Apartments offers a large garden, terrace, and air-conditioned accommodation each with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. This holiday home is perfect for families and friends as it is actually the composition of 4 separate apartments. Beach of Vinkuran is below the hill that is covered with thick underbrushand forest oak. The beach is located on the right side of Vinkuran bay and can be reached by unpaved road. With the port of Vinkuran to Banjole there is a promenade which you can tour the whole Vinkuranskom wave. Along the promenade are lonely wild places for swimming. In only 10 minutes you can sail to the Fratarski island or small island Fraškeri, which are seated in-front of Vinkuran Bay. You will be delight with beautiful crystal clear water. Do not forget to bring your snorkeling gear. This is a quiet apartment with two bedrooms, terrace with a spectacular sea view, bathroom, and kitchen with small dining area. In total, this apartment fits 5 persons and is perfect for a family with small children or groups of friends. One room has a lowered ceiling making it a little bit hard for adults to enter inside however this does not impact the bed space when lying down. The space the large terrace provides compensates for the lack of a bedroom space. The terrace is furnished with a large wooden table, benches, and two deckchairs for sunbathing. The table is covered with a large fixed parasol and the view from the terrace is breath-taking. In the evening, the sunsets can be watched from the terrace and are so relaxing that you will surely see the sun off several times with a glass of wine. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen furnished with a fridge, freezer, stove, coffee machine, cutlery and utensils. A flat-screen TV is also provided as well as a private bathroom with a bidet and shower. This apartment is fully furnished and also includes air conditioning and has free internet/Wi-Fi and satellite tv. Please note that this apartment does not have a living room. The TV provided is in the main bedroom. But with the large terrace space you will not need a living room A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment. Laundry service is provided in the building. There is free private parking located in the garden of the house. The location of the Blue apartment in the house is on the third floor.
