The newly built house with three comfortable apartments is located in Medulin, only 70 meters from the nearest beach. In Medulin you will find everything for your daily needs, numerous leisure activities and restaurants as well as the only sandy beach in Istria. In addition, this diverse stretch of coast at the tip of the peninsula offers countless bays that are framed by a unique natural landscape and are waiting to be discovered. The apartments are modernly furnished, have a wonderful view of the sea and offer every comfort for a holiday for two. There are two apartments for 2 people on the first floor of the house. AP2 has approx. 49 m², its own entrance, a spacious living room with couch, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony, approx. 8 m² with sea view. The other apartment AP3 approx. 54 m² is also on the first floor, also has its own entrance, is comfortably furnished, spacious living room with couch, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet, large Balcony approx. 17 m² with sea view. In addition, all apartments have Smart TV and air conditioning. They are looked after on site by Ms. Mila Majovski from the Vrijedna Ruka company. If you have an electric vehicle and are concerned about charging options, we have the following policy: A fee of €20 will be charged for connecting and disconnecting the portable charger. We use a portable charger. Our technician will come, prepare the charger for you to use during your stay, and remove it after your departure. Therefore, the maximum charge is €40 (travel and connection), regardless of how often you charge your car. The previously charged €0.20 per kWh is also included in this price, so you will have a maximum total cost of €40, no matter how often or how much you charge. The €40 service fee is payable in cash on site, at the latest upon departure.
