The 3-floors house Ksenija is located in the center of the old town of Medulin, 10-40 meters from Galerija Loza and Caffe bar Centar, the Church of Our Lady of Health. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and shower room with toilet, on the first floor there is a spacious living room (overlooking the courtyard and terrace) with TV and a large sofa bed, on the second floor there are two bedrooms (one of which overlooks the city center and the sea) and a shower room with toilet. In the yard there is a covered terrace with garden furniture for dining and barbecue. Distance to the sea/Promenade 500 meters, Sandy beach Bijeca - 1000 meters. Free public parking 30 m (3-5 places), 200 m Church of St. Agnes (20-25 places), 350 m at the cemetery (many places), 650 Free Parking Munida (many places). Medulin is a seaside tourist town 6 km from Pula. In Medulin there is a large seaside park Visula (900 m) for pleasant walks with children, the peninsula Punta with cafes and beaches (1000/1500 m) and a large promenade Riva (500/1000 m) with cafes and sea excursions. Plodine and Lidl shops for food and goods (800 m).
