Welcome to Bonaca & Arija Apartments. This house features two apartments and is located in a quiet part of Novigrad. Access to the neighborhood is very easy, and the distance from the main road is just perfect to ensure a peaceful stay free from traffic noise. The local streets are used only by residents and guests, and there is ample parking space available right in front of the house. With only two units in the building, a high standard of holiday, plenty of tranquility, and maximum privacy are guaranteed. To provide ultimate comfort, our apartments are rented exclusively for a maximum of two people. Both units are impeccably maintained throughout the entire year. Each apartment features 40 m² of living space and a private entrance. The ground-floor apartment, Bonaca, boasts its own terrace, while the upper-floor apartment, Arija, offers relaxation on its private balcony. Each apartment is designed for a comfortable stay for two people, consisting of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The spaces are air-conditioned, and thanks to central heating, the apartments are the perfect choice for cycling enthusiasts and active holidaymakers all year round. All essential services, including the use of air conditioning, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi wireless internet, are already included in the accommodation price. A supplement applies only for stays shorter than 5 days and during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Full payment for the stay is made upon arrival, on the first day of check-in and use of the apartment. Check-in is possible after 2:00 PM, and check-out is requested by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
