The apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood from Novigrad. Our offer includes 4 apartments with a total capacity of 12 basic beds. Two apartments have capacity for 4 persons, and 2 apartments have capacity for 2 (+1) persons. Each apartment is equipped with SAT-TV, Wi-Fi-Free, safe, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, linens and all the equipment needed for a pleasant vacation, except personal hygiene items. Each of the apartments has its own balcony or terrace, and in the yard there is a special terrace with a grill which is available to guests, as well as a bicycle storage. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning, the use of which is not included in the price. Parking spaces for apartments A-1 and A-2 are provided in the yard of the house, and apartments A-3 and A-4 in front of the house. The facility with apartments "Ema" is located in a quiet part of Novigrad, in a family house. We have been renting for about 25 years. We started working with 2 apartments, later with three, and in the last few years we have been renting 4 apartments with a total of 12 beds. The apartments are located so that guests do not disturb each other, so that each guest can enjoy their own intimacy and discretion. Most of our guests (about 50%) come to us for many years, so we can say that we already have our own clientele. We live in the same building, so we are available to our guests at all times.
