Laura apartment is located in a new two-story building, placed about 350 m away from the city center and the coast, and located in a quiet neighborhood (family houses and smaller two-story buildings). There are fifteen beaches within the 5 km. Good transport links with the mainland are provided over the bridge through the city of Pag, or by the ferry Žigljen - Prizna. It takes about 15 minutes by car to get from the ferry port Žigljen to center of Novalja. In summer public transport is organized 24 hours a day to the beaches of Zrče and Planjka (Trinćel) in the vicinity. Distance to the bus stop which is heading to the Zrče beach is 150m. Nearby the apartment you can find all the necessary facilities: rent a car, banks, ATMs, shops, restaurants, cafés, fish markets, pharmacy, and medical centre. The apartment Laura is suitable for 2-4 people , also situated on the top floor (actually on the mazzanine). The apartment's size (without covered loggia) is 40m2 and includes a sitting room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment is air conditioned, on the southwest side of the house is a covered loggia (9m2) with superb view to the sea and the city centre. The living room and the loggia are separated with a large photosensitive glass wall (glasses darken with increasing light intensity). The building with its mezzanines provides privacy. A free parking space for two cars is provided and included in the price as well. The owners are are available all the time, always in a good mood and friendly.
