Lovely Villa Kate is located in Barotul on island Pasman, one of the most beautiful and pictoresque Croatian Islands. Featuring a jacuzzi, where guests can relax on hot summer days and breezy evenings, the house also offers a wonderful sea view. Big terrace offers a barbecue area, where guests can show their culinary skills. This modernly furnished house consists of a living room, kitchen and toilet on ground floor. Upper floor consists of four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. Wi-fi, air conditioning and parking are available on site for free. Pasman island is connected by ferry with cities Zadar and Biograd. House is located in a peaceful place Barotul, which has a ferry line with Biograd every 30 minutes. Situated next to the sea, far from the city noise, Barotul is a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The village is known for its lovely sandy beach (150 m), and most of the residents are engaged in fishing and agriculture, which will they be happy to include you at. When on Pasman, our recommendation is to explore the local cuisine. The traditional gastronomy of the island of Pašman and all its towns consists in the preparation of numerous specialties based on light food, fish, vegetables with the addition of high-quality olive oil with Dalmatian spices such as rosemary and laurel, which give the dishes an exceptional taste. Biograd is a city which is a 15 min ferry drive away. This wonderful Dalmatian coastal gem offers wonderful beaches and nice restaurants. Dugi otok is an island approachable by a ferry from city of Zadar. Some of the many natural beauties that make this island a special place are Sakarun beach, Dugi rat lighthouse and Nature park Telascica. Telascica cove is surrounded by 13 smaller islands (and also 6 islands inside of the cove) and close to salt lake Mir. Property is located on ground and upper floor. It is accessible by stairs only. Damage deposit is 300 euros. Parking is free and available on site. Private entrance. WiFi and Air conditioning are free of charge. BBQ is available and free to use. Pets are not allowed. Villa Kate is suitable for 8 persons. Babies can stay for free in an available baby cot.
