Villa Damir offers comfortable accommodation 150 meters from the beach tourist resort Petrčane, near Zadar. The house is situated in a quiet street, only 150m from the beach, and 200m from the center of Petrcane and major tourist facilities. Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Petrcane, summer holidays for small groups as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and active holidays. To our dear guests in Villa Damir we offer accommodation in 4 fully equipped apartments with a capacity of beds for 2-5 persons. Apartments consist of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartments have air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, internet, washing machine .. In a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden, guests can use the barbecue and garden furniture. The garden is fenced and safe for children to play. Parking is provided. Pets in our apartments are allowed with prior notice. In a range of 100 to 200 meters from the apartment there are beaches, promenades, shops, restaurants, town center and all you need for a comfortable stay in Petrcane. Petrcane is a picturesque place between Zadar and Nin, 900 years old. Adorned by a 2 km long pebble and rocky beaches surrounded by pine trees, which gives you the ability to relax in peace and tranquility to enjoy in crystal clear sea waters and engaging in various water sports or enjoying in local specialties in restaurants and taverns. In addition to visits of Zadar and Nin, by its geographic position Petrcane are convenient for visiting the islands of the Zadar Archipelago, and the National Park Paklenica, Kornati and Park of nature Vrana Lake.
