The apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a family holiday house. They were renovated last year. The owners are located on the ground floor of the house. The yard is large and full of greenery. The surroundings are quiet, suitable for a family holiday. The place of Sabunike has many pedestrian zones without traffic, with many facilities for children and adults such as a children's park, sports fields for football, basketball, volleyball and bocce, and an outdoor gym. The beaches are sandy with the famous "Queen's Beach" where there is medicinal mud. There are many shops, markets, restaurants, private taverns with indigenous food nearby.
