The holiday house was built in 2016 and is located in northern Dalmatia, on the Adriatic coast in Privlaka, 16 km from the city of Zadar, about 150 meters from the beach and with a beautiful sea view. The villa offers all the amenities you could want. The house has 180 square meters of living space and consists of two separate apartments. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a niche and a living room with access to a terrace overlooking the sea. The second apartment is one floor up, also has two bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea. Fully equipped kitchens, all bathrooms and open plan lounge. There are two parking spaces for our guests in the yard. The garden has a swimming pool and an outdoor shower with cold-hot water.
