The holiday home was built in 2016 and is located in northern Dalmatia, on the Adriatic coast in Privlaka, 16 km from the city of Zadar, about 250 meters from the beach and with a partial sea view. The villa offers all the amenities you could wish for. The house has 160 square meters of living space and consists of two separate apartments. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a niche and a living room with access to a spacious terrace. The second apartment is one floor up, also has two bedrooms, a large living room with a dining room and kitchen and also a spacious terrace with a partial sea view. Fully equipped kitchens, all bathrooms and an open living room. Two parking spaces are available in the yard for our guests. In the garden there is a swimming pool and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. House with two separate apartments, max. 8 people, air conditioning, satellite TV, covered terrace / balcony /, swimming pool, garden, barbecue, wireless internet, parking in the yard. A luxurious holiday home in a beautiful setting in the small town of Privlaka. The house is ideal for enjoyment, rest and relaxation... The area is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and coves. The beaches are mostly covered with fine sand and very shallow, which is especially appreciated by families with small children. In addition, the beaches are far from the main roads and thus ensure peace and solitude, which means a lot for a holiday. The clean air and healing black mud in Privlaka are very attractive for people with health problems, such as asthma, rheumatism and arthritis.
