The holiday house was built in 2016 and is located in northern Dalmatia, on the Adriatic coast in Privlaka, 16 km from the city of Zadar, about 150 meters from the beach and with a beautiful sea view. The villa offers all the amenities you could want. The house has 180 square meters of living space and consists of two separate apartments. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, a niche and a living room with access to a terrace overlooking the sea. The second apartment is one floor up, also has two bedrooms, a large living room with dining area and kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea. Fully equipped kitchens, all bathrooms and open plan lounge. There are two parking spaces for our guests in the yard. The garden has a swimming pool and an outdoor shower with cold-hot water. House with two separate apartments, max. 10 persons, air conditioning, satellite TV, covered terrace / balcony /, swimming pool, garden, barbecue, wireless internet, parking in the yard. Luxury new holiday home with beautiful sea views and beautiful surroundings in the small town of Privlaka. The house is ideal for pleasure, rest and relaxation ... The area is known for its beautiful sandy beaches and coves. The beaches are mostly covered with fine sand and very shallow, which is especially appreciated by families with young children. In addition, the beaches are far from the main roads and thus provide peace and solitude, which means a lot for the holiday. The clean air and healing black mud in Privlaka is very attractive for people who have health problems, such as asthma, rheumatism and arthritis.
