A very nice building in the small town of Drenje on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula consists of three apartments. Two apartments are located on the upper floor and have two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the island of Cres in the distance. The lower apartment has one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. The house is newly built and has a beautiful environment with a park and a bench to rest. There is also an outdoor barbecue with a large table and a sitting bench that can be used. Distance to the beach is about 1 km where there is a restaurant that offers excellent food and drink.
