Villa Promissa Terra is located in Dubrava, a smaller place 7 km away from Sibenik. This architectural gem offers multiple amenities for maximal enjoyment and relaxation to its guests. Private swimming pool is located outdoors, surrounded by greenery and flowers. Basketball and tennis court, so as a children's playground, are free to for use to the guests. Multiple sets of garden furniture, including a dining area, are placed to overlook the pool while enjoying in delicacies freshly made on the outdoor BBQ grill. Table tennis is also situated outdoors, in the sunshade. The house consists of three floors, and the floor layout is as follows: Basement: game room with darts, football, billiards and TV, gym, sauna, bathroom with a shower. Ground floor: open concept living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a tub, separated toilet, terrace surrounding the whole floor. Ground floor is wheelchair accessible. First floor: 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a tub, one bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower), big balcony with jacuzzi. Studio apartment with double bed, kitchen and bathroom is situated in the smaller building on the same property.
