Apartments Matic are only 100 m away from the beach. Near the Apartments Matic there are a grocery store, a pizzeria and a coffee bar. . The apartments were built in 2004 and are modernly decorated. We offer one two-bed apartment and two four-bed apartments. Preko is one very peaceful and quiet place, as it is the location of the apartments, both of them will provide you and your family a pleasant holiday that you need after a long and hard - working year. We emphasize the excellent connection between Preko and the mainland, with the ferry line Zadar (Gaženica) - Preko and the Zadar (Poluotok) - Preko boat line. Considering the large number of daily ferry and boat rides, getting to Preko is very easy. Also, in Preko you can relax, away from the crowded and noisy big tourist centres and enjoy all the benefits that only the island can offer you. And in just 20 minutes, taking a boat, you can visit Zadar and enjoy The Church of St. Donat, Kalelarga, The Greeting to the Sun and the other sights and attractions of Zadar.
