Holiday house Bianca is in nature half of a double building. The semi-detached building consists of two completely independent, independent units, each building is on its own plot. Holiday house Bianca, located in Valbandon near Fažana, is the right decision for you if you are looking for a pleasant and peaceful vacation. It provides you, above all, a private pool. Two gazebos and two parasols guarantee you pleasant shade, whether you are lying on deckchairs or sitting on the lounge set and drinking your favorite drink. The house together with the closed terrace has about 160 m2, and consists of a high ground floor and a first floor, which is reached by internal stairs. On the upper ground floor there is one bathroom, a storage room with a washing machine, and a modern, elegant and fully equipped kitchen, as part of an open space with a modern and comfortable living room and dining room for 6 people. The open space has its own air conditioner, as do each of the three bedrooms. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one of which has a balcony and its own bathroom, and another large bathroom. A baby cot and a baby feeder are available on request at no extra charge. The terrace, which is accessed from the living room, is furnished with a dining table and lounge furniture. The terrace leads to the back yard, equipped with two gazebos, lounge furniture and a grill. Just relax and enjoy! In the evening, the pool and garden are illuminated and create a special atmosphere and experience. Valbandon is a small place between Pula, 5 km away, the largest city in Istria, known for its historical sights, and Fažana, a small fishing village 2 km away. Valbandon is listed as a seaside resort in 1911 in the address book of the Austrian illustrated monthly "Adria". The advantage of Valbandon is a quiet environment in a typical Istrian landscape and the proximity of numerous attractive facilities that are only a few minutes' drive away. Reservations are accepted exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.
