Sevid is a small tourist town in the Split-Dalmatia County in Croatia. It is located on a small peninsula in the beautiful bay, twenty kilometers north of the town of Trogir. It is part of the Trogir riviera, and the whole area around Sevid is characterized by very rugged coastline and many small coves and extremely clear seawater. Residents of Sevid besides fishing, producing olive oil and wine, work in tourism, and there is almost no house in Sevid which does not provide private accommodation. The place is extremely peaceful and quiet and away from main roads and major tourist centers, making it ideal for those who want to escape from urban smog, congestion, and noise.
