Karin is a small tourist town in the county of Zadar in Croatia. It is divided into Gornji and Donji Karin, only 2 kilometers away from each other, divided by the small river Karišnica. Karin is located on the southern shores of the deep sea bay, which is according to Karin named Karin sea and adjacent to the Novigrad sea. Administratively belongs to the town of Obrovac, which is only about 16 kilometers away, with a population of about 1200 inhabitants. This small town has a rich and long history, as evidenced by the remains of a Roman amphitheater Corinium.
