A5 is a newly renovated house right next to apartment A9. A5 is comfortable for 5 people. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen with a dining room and a living room and a toilet. The space is air-conditioned and has an exit to the garden where there is a sitting area and a barbecue for the guests of apartment A5 only, and a shared pool where there is a trampoline and a swing for children. On the first floor there is a bathroom, a balcony and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning, while one bedroom also has a cot. Parking is free in the yard.
