House Margita ideal choice for anyone looking for complete relaxation in a beautiful, natural Mediterranean ambience and enjoy the crystal clear waters. Surrounded by pristine pine forest and indigenous flowers will give you peace, privacy and relaxation from the bustle. Town center with restaurants and a supermarket is just 100 m away, and the sea and the beach are 200 m. The house is decorated combining modern and antique furniture and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with one single and one double bed, bathroom and toilet. The kitchen, dining room and living room have access to a spacious terrace ( 3x9 m ) where you can eat, but also to enjoy the sun and natural shade. The sofa in the living room can be, if necessary, to dissolve into a double bed. Sumartin is a small, picturesque fishing village on the southeastern tip of the island of Brac connected direct, daily ferry from Makarska.
