Holiday Home Roza is a newly renovated, large and comfortable home with roofed terrace, outdoor relax area, shower with warm water and barbecue. It has four bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet. Each room is fitted with air conditioning, creating the perfect climate throughout the house. Our fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Guests can enjoy a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, induction cook top, coffee machine, kitchen machine, juice maker, double toaster, and hand mixer — all ready to make cooking easy and convenient. And of course, the true highlight of the space is our wine fridge, perfect for keeping your favorite bottles at the ideal temperature throughout your holiday. The house features four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds (160 × 200 cm), while the other two offer large single beds (120 × 200 cm), ensuring comfort for every guest. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, offering a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air and unwind outdoors. Bedroom layout: three bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor For guests who need to stay productive, a dedicated home office offers a quiet and comfortable workspace.
