Villa Irena is a completely renovated villa type family house in a quiet street in the very center of Crikvenica. The house is surrounded by greenery with a spacious terrace in the shade. Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor and contains a fully equipped kitchen with living room, bathroom with shower, dining room, bedroom and 2x air conditioning. The area is 42 m2. Apartment 2 is located on the first floor, its size is 48 m2. It contains a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a hallway with a small laundry area, a balcony, a large terrace and 2 bathrooms (shower/toilet). Check-in to the apartments is from 14:00 to 22:00, check-out from 08:00 to 10:00. The deposit is 20%. The price includes: overnight stay, tourist tax, electricity and water consumption, internet, two air conditioners and use of the barbecue in the garden. An additional €40 final cleaning fee is charged. Pets are allowed with an extra charge of €6 per day.
