The property has a beautifully landscaped garden with a terrace and seating area, perfect for morning coffee, shared meals or relaxing in the shade during warm summer days. Guests are provided with private parking, and the surroundings provide peace and security. The property is located in an excellent location, from which you can reach the sandy beach, the seaside promenade, restaurants, cafes, shops, bakeries and other facilities necessary for a carefree vacation in a few minutes' easy walk. The proximity to the center of Crikvenica allows you to enjoy a rich gastronomic offer, cultural and entertainment events, and sports activities. Thanks to its location, Crikvenica is an ideal starting point for day trips around Kvarner and Gorski Kotar, including the islands of Krk and Rab and the cities of Rijeka and Opatija, as well as the national parks of Risnjak and Plitvice Lakes, which makes this accommodation an excellent choice. ✈️ Rijeka Airport (RJK) is only 20 km away. Rent-a-car services are available at Rijeka Airport, which allows guests to easily reach the apartment. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ We look forward to your arrival and will do everything to make your holiday in Crikvenica pleasant and carefree. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ In the high season (July 10 - August 20), the minimum stay is 7 nights. Outside the high season, shorter stays are possible, depending on availability. For stays of up to 3 nights, the price is usually increased by 30% due to additional costs for preparing the apartment. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 25% of the total price via PayPal, or at least the price of one night, while the remaining amount is paid upon arrival. After confirming the availability of the desired date, we temporarily hold the reservation until the end of the day. If we do not receive a reservation confirmation and deposit within that period, the desired date may be offered to other interested guests. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Flexible cancellation conditions: In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 45 days before arrival, the amount of one night will be retained. For cancellations 45 days or less before arrival, as well as in the case of no-show, the advance payment paid in the amount of 25% of the total reservation value will be retained. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please inform us in advance so that we can welcome you and ensure a pleasant start to your stay. Without prior notification of delay, your reservation will be considered canceled and the conditions for no-shows will apply. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
