Spahome Vinea is a newly built wooden holiday home offering panoramic views of the surrounding forest and greenery, located 30 km east of Zagreb. It is nestled among rolling vineyard estates in a peaceful setting where deer occasionally wander by. The famous Naftalan health spa—featuring thermal waters, indoor and outdoor pools, and wellness facilities—is located just 4 km away in the neighboring town of Ivanić-Grad. During the summer heat, you can cool off at the Kucel sandy beach in Lijevi Dubrovčak, a 15-minute drive from the house. The village center, featuring shops, a restaurant, a café, and an ATM, is just a ten-minute walk away. Within a short drive, you can enjoy authentic regional culinary delicacies, rural estates, beautiful nature, and local events such as Bučijada, Tour de Marča, and Škrlet Fest. Relax in the wellness spa area, which is equipped with a sauna, a Jacuzzi, and a massage lounger. The house (100 m²) comfortably accommodates 4+2 guests, featuring two bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area, along with a covered terrace featuring a barbecue, complete the accommodation. For entertainment, guests have access to board games, table football, and Netflix. The property boasts a large, landscaped, and fenced garden, with parking space for three vehicles in front of the house. A combination of underfloor heating and radiators for cooler weather, along with air conditioning for summer days, ensures a consistently comfortable indoor temperature. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes, disposable wellness slippers, and a small toiletry set are included in the price. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards; check-out is by 1:00 PM or by arrangement.
