Villa Baraka is a spacious holiday home located in a peaceful Istrian setting near Kanfanar and Rovinj. It is ideal for couples, families and smaller groups who want to enjoy privacy, their own pool and a relaxing holiday in Istria. A private saltwater pool, a large terrace with a barbecue and a fully fenced yard provide a special atmosphere. The entire property is intended exclusively for the guests of Villa Baraka, without sharing space with other guests. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Guests have access to all the amenities needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Pets are welcome. Thanks to its quiet location, yet close to Rovinj and numerous Istrian attractions, Villa Baraka is an excellent choice for a holiday where you can enjoy peace and privacy, while the sea, beaches, restaurants, wineries and sights of Istria remain within easy reach.

After a 10-hour drive, arriving here truly felt like reaching paradise. The house is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, and from the moment you step inside, you wish you could stay forever. The large, spotless saltwater pool was fantastic, and the spacious terrace with its barbecue made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy meals outdoors. The house was very well equipped, and every room had air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, they responded immediately and were always happy to help. We would have loved to stay much longer and can highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in dieser fantastischen Unterkunft! Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und stilvoll gestaltet – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Zimmer sind groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sodass das Kochen vor Ort unkompliziert war. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und mit Salzwasser gefüllt – einfach fantastisch! Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Gastgeber: Sie waren überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben unsere Fragen stets schnell beantwortet. Our stay at Villa Baraka was truly exceptional and the best villa holidays we have had. We were 8 people and had plenty of space. The Villa is truly spectacular with a very high standard. The Villa definitely offers all of the best things one hopes for in a Istrian summer holiday, we only wish it could last longer. The owners Roberta & Miki was always cooperative. Thank you for having us, we will definitely come here for a second time!
