Villa Baraka is a spacious holiday home located in a peaceful Istrian setting near Kanfanar and Rovinj. It is ideal for couples, families and smaller groups who want to enjoy privacy, their own pool and a relaxing holiday in Istria. A private saltwater pool, a large terrace with a barbecue and a fully fenced yard provide a special atmosphere. The entire property is intended exclusively for the guests of Villa Baraka, without sharing space with other guests. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Guests have access to all the amenities needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Pets are welcome. Thanks to its quiet location, yet close to Rovinj and numerous Istrian attractions, Villa Baraka is an excellent choice for a holiday where you can enjoy peace and privacy, while the sea, beaches, restaurants, wineries and sights of Istria remain within easy reach.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Baraka hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Die Villa ist wunderschön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut makellos sauber. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in jedes Detail gesteckt wurde. Es fehlt an nichts und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, die unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche erreichbar sind. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Die Villa bietet die perfekte Kombination aus Ruhe, Privatsphäre und Komfort – ideal, um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und sich vollkommen zu entspannen. Ein großes Kompliment an die Gastgeber für die hervorragende Betreuung und die wunderschöne Unterkunft! Wir waren mit 6 Personen in der Villa Baraka und wurden von den Gastgebern Roberta und Miki herzlich persönlich empfangen. Als Willkommensgeschenk standen verschiedene Getränke im Kühlschrank – eine sehr nette Geste! Das Haus ist ein Traum! Modern, geschmackvoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, sodass wir problemlos selbst kochen konnten. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Salzwasserpool war für uns etwas Besonderes und perfekt zum Entspannen. Natürlich haben wir auch den Grill ausprobiert und einen gemütlichen Abend dort verbracht. Das gesamte Anwesen verdient für uns definitiv mehr als 4 Sterne! Wir sechs haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an Roberta und Miki für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft

After a 10-hour drive, arriving here truly felt like reaching paradise. The house is absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, and from the moment you step inside, you wish you could stay forever. The large, spotless saltwater pool was fantastic, and the spacious terrace with its barbecue made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy meals outdoors. The house was very well equipped, and every room had air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, they responded immediately and were always happy to help. We would have loved to stay much longer and can highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
